Yan Yinhong was bone in 1976 in Hangzhou, China. she graduated from China Academy of Art. During the 1980s as a student, she held a solo exhibition at the National Art Museum of China. And has taught at the Art Institute of Hainan University. She has involved in the well-known Yuanmingyuan artists group in early 1990s. Her works involve ink painting, oil painting, installation art, performance, video and drama. She savors life in the way of natural person’s existence, The works reflect social problems with the feelings of self and non self experience. Now lives and works in Beijing, China.
